LEGGO! [Secial Edition] - Cid Rim(Vienna), Deville(UK) & White Nite

Every now and then, people ask me, WTF is a LEGGO!?? and I'm all like "It's the best night out in cape town". LEGGO is situated at the cosy yet spacious Waiting Room in Long Street. LEGGO focuses on the ever changing bass music movement and DJs really have the freedom to play out the jams that they don't get a chance to play at the more commercial clubs, thanks to LEGGO's forward thinking musically fashionable party goers.

This week LEGGO treats us with yet another opportunity to catch some international acts in action.

Tempo VINYL ONLY event

Vinyl only parties are rare these days and personally I like to check out as many vinyl sets out as I can. Tempo hosts a Drum n Bass night every Tuesday and have been providing good quality music for the masses. Their regular nights are always free and Space Bar has some cheap drink specials that will keep you on the dance floor till the early hours

Zanzibar at Carnival Court (Long Street)

Carnival Court's Wednesday Dubstep nights are the shit!

After complete boredom at home I decided to go for a beer at a pub near by, alone. Half way through I pulled out my semi-smart phone and checked facebook. I saw a status saying: "come listen to some dubstep @carnival court... (next to longstreet cafe)" - it was a sign!

It was quite a cool party with LOTS of potential. Its free, they've got foosball and a pool table, balcony etc! The music is perfect for a party, a good mixture of dubs were used - which was nice to hear.

Definitely worth checking out!
